The Pinot blanc is an old mutation from the Pinot Family and more particularly by the
decoloration of the Pinot noir, planted once with many shapes. He comes from Burgundy,
where he bloomed by the past, next to the Chardonnay. The Pinot blanc was present in
Alsace since the XVIth century. Today, most of the french grow of the Pinot blanc is in Alsace.
