Total acidity (H2So4):
4.63 g/l
Varietal: 100% Riesling.

Vinification: Hand-picked grapes. Gentle pressing of the whole grapes in
pneumatic press tank. Settling down by gravity and vinification in stainless
steel vats.
Tasting notes: The nose is floral and expressed citrus flavors, with scents of
white flowers.
In the mouth, the attack is straight with lively acidity on the lingering and
wonderful refined finish. Well balanced, by a nice and refreshing structural
acidity.
Wine pairing: This Riesling will make a perfect companion for salads,
charcuteries, grilled fish, smoked salmon seafood like oysters, shelfish,
crusteceans, calamars, sushi and of course for a traditional Alsatian
choucroute.
Ageing potential: It can be enjoyed right away, but can also benefit from bottle
aging over the next 2 to 4 years.
